Our Rappahannock County school system needs help.
First, Rappahannock children are penalized by the state via an unfair formula which is supposed to determine a county’s wealth and establish an equitable distribution of state educational funds.
Second, it seems that we might lose another $250,000 from an already strapped budget, due to belt tightening by the state government.
Third, classes are full with enrollment on the rise indicating a need to bmld a new middle school.
