Apperson said the charges are only the “tip of the iceberg,” and that Allison had “dozens and dozens” of additional dealers in his organization, all in Fauquier, Rappahannock and surrounding counties. Those dealers would presumably be the subject of the FBI’s ongoing investigation.
The indictment outlines 87 “overt acts” that support the various charges in the indictment.
Apperson also listed dozens of other specific allegations of cocaine packaging, distribution and conspiracy by Allison and alleged co-conspirators.
