Utility survey
More than 1,100 residential customers from throughout Potomac Edison’s service territory will be interviewed between Jan. 10 and April 1 by customer services representatives about their home appliance use. The information gathered will constitute the company’s 1991 Appliance Saturation Survey.
During the survey, customers will be asked about types of appliances they use, how many appliances they own.
