A total of 32 indictments were unsealed after arrests that followed the grand jury’s ruling on Feb. 7, superceding and including Allison’s two previous indictments in U.S. District Court in Alexandria for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Allison was in jail last week when he and six of seven co-defendants were all indicted for conspiracy to distrubute five kilograms or more of cocaine, among other charges.

Allison was also indicted again for the two gun charges, operating a continuing criminal enterprise, possession with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine, nine counts of money laundering, distribution of cocaine to someone younger than 18 years old, and two charges of using a firearm during a drug transaction.

In addition, the government is asking the court to confiscate assets it claims are drug-related, including the property in Harris Hollow.
