The Sperryville Bridge Club was entertained Friday night at the home of Mrs. Miriam Reeve.
Those playing in addition to Mrs. Reeve were Mrs. Eleanor Cordle, Mr$. Lucy Ann Maeyer, Mrs. Celine Siira, Mrs. Cotton Miller, Mrs. Elisabeth Johnson, Mrs. Mary Q. Snead and Mrs. Dot Estes.
Prizes were awarded to Mrs. Estes, Mrs. Snead, Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Siira.

Mrs. Ethel Jenkins of Aroda, Mrs. Reda Cave of Etlan and Mrs. Rhonda Baldwin and David were Monday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Jenkins.
The Sperryville United Methodist Church will present its annual Christmas play entitled “Why the Chimes Rang” at 7:30 p.m. this Sunday, Dec. 15 at the church.
There will also be a candlelight communion service at Sperryville United Methodist at 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
