Spaghetti dinner
A spaghetti dinner sponsored by the seventh grade will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12 at the Rappahannock Elementary School. Prices are $6 for all-you-can eat, $5 single serving or $4 for children under 10. Tickets may be purchased from any seventh grader or at the door. All proceeds will benefit the seventh grade annual class trip. Raffle tickets will also be available and grand prize will be dinner for two at The Inn. At 7:45 p.m. the school band and choir concert will be held in the auditorium. All are welcome.
School program
A music concert will be presented by the Rappahannock Elementary School band and chorus beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12 in the elementary school gym. Prior to the elementary winter concert the 7th grade spaghetti dinner will be held beginning at 5 p.m.
Buffet breakfast
The Washington Volunteer Fire Department will sponsor a buffet breakfast from 7rto 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21. The menu will consist of sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, hash browns, baked apples, coffee, juice, hot chocolate. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. Santa will be in attendance also.
