A delegation from the Rappahannock Library traveled to Harrisonburg last Wednesday to support increases in state aid to libraries. They found plenty of company.
Indeed the members of the state senate finance committee and house appropriations committee who scheduled the public hearing to hear responses from the public to the proposed state budget heard more about libraries than any other spending issue.
