Saab when she collided with a 1989 Ford station wagon driven by Won Chul Choi, 48, of Rockville, Md.

Trooper l6iick reported that the accident occurred at the intersection with Rt. 211 Business about 3:55 mm.yvhen Choi’s station wagon collided with the Saab while attempting tp turn left into Washington. Choi was charged with failure to yield the right-of-way. Darrell M. Atkins, 22, a passenger in the Saab, and Gerd • Klebsch, riding in the Ford, were injured.

Thp two cars each sustained about $3,000 damage,according to Trooper Knick’s report.

Sometime Christmas Eve a single,vehicle, perhaps a Toyota pickup truck, went off the road on Rt. 231 one mile north of Rt. 618. The vehicle was headed south on Rt. 231 when it apparently crossed over the left lang, climbed a bank and damaged 42 feet of board fence owned by Jon R>- Morgan. According to Trooper C. A. Moore’s report the vehicle did not stop. Morgan estimated the fence damage pt $1,000.
