home Saturday from Leesburg Hospital.

Alice Pullen and Mary Frances Bywaters were Tuesday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Pearson at Hume. Jennifer Bywaters spent Thursday and Friday with Mrs. Alice Pullen. Other guests on Friday were Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Walker of Woodstock. Saturday guests of Mrs. Pullen were Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Butler, Daniel and Todd of Front Royal.

A family dinner was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Nethers of Stephens City during Christmas. Those present were W.C. and Hilda Dennis, Bill and Robin Dennis and children Ashlyn and Matthew of Jackson, S.C., Dorothy Lewis, Karen Corder, Bud Corder, Virginia Reedy, Helen and F.D. Coffey, Frank and Donna Coffey and Joshua, Ranny and Polly Ay lor and Heather, George Nethers, Doug and Sissy Kitts and Marcy. Also visiting was Frankie Ritenour and Alice.

The W.C. Dennis’ and the Bill Dennis family returned to their respective homes in Jackson, S.C. after visiting among relatives in the area.

If so, the Rappahannock County Extension Office will be conducting a 10-week nutrition and weight-control class beginning Jan. 11. The classes will be held from 9-11 a.m. Monday mornings at the Extension Office.
