To the Editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to publicly acknowledge my appreciation for all that the following do to keep the Rappahannock County Library running V so smoothly: Nicki Lynch, librarian, Elizabeth Jones, assistant librarian, the twenty seven volunteers (that are such an asset), the Friends of the Library and the board members.
Once again my appreciation for your help in 1992 and I look forward to working with and seeing you all this year.
