lames Scott

James N. Scott Jr. 51, of Front Royal died Saturday in the Warren Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Scott was born November 9, 1941 in Faquier County son of the late James N. Scott, Sr. and Katie Elkins Scott Partlowe. He was manager of the Super Spike Hunt Club in Fauqier County and was a heavy equipment operator for Rappawan Inc.

Surviving are his wife Edna Pritchett Scott; three daughters Christine Hall of Harrisonburg, Sharon McPeak of Front Royal and Darlene Fauver of Winchester; a son Charles R. Fox Jr. of Waynesboro; three sister Marrley Brown of Front Royal, Helen Wine of Front Royal and Barbara Costello of Front Royal, 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mr. Scott was predeceased by daughter, Susan Foz Gumz.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 8 at Willis Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. James Burke. Interment was in the Willis Chapel Cemetery.
