Also, if people come in and move furniture around and dance on this nice pine floor, it could make a mess of the floor.”

Ms. Bruce pointed out that the last power bill, for December and January, was $600. “Think of what it can be if the Town Hall was being rented out,” she said. Mr. Gooch replied, “We plan to charge a $10 an hour rental fee to help pay for the power.”

The parking problem seemed to be the problem which most people 1 agreed on. Mr. Fisher said, “I am sensitive to the possible parking problem, but I do not think we should not use the building. ”
