Three indictments were handed down by the Grand Jury during Term Day in Rappahannock County Circuit Court Monday.
Leonard Morgan Eppard, 29, of Flint Hill, was indicted for two counts of committing aggravated sexual battery on a ten year-old male child, and two counts of committing sodomy on a ten year-old male child. The offenses were alleged to have occurred in August and September, 1993.
Kenneth Ivar Jacobs, 30, of Castleton, was indicted for trespassing and grand larceny. He is charged with trespassing on the property of Robert Smith and stealing property of Mr. Smith’s, namely, four automotive wheels and tires, two carburetors and one intake manifold, on or about October 23,1993.
