The case for Randall Linden Ramey, 22, of Rixeyville, was set over to April 26 for another judge to hear (Judge Carleton Penn). A plea agreement had been entered into between Mr. Ramey and the Commonwealth which gave Mr. Ramey five years to serve in jail for distribution of PCP to a minor. In the plea agreement, five of the ten year sentence for distribution to a minor, the two year sentence for PCP possession and the one year sentence for having a concealed weapon were suspended.
