Dance At Amissville

Easter Breakfast Set
Come have breakfast with Easter Bunny from 7-11 a.m. on Saturday, March 26 at the Washington fire hall.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast will consist of sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, eggs, pancakes, hash browns, fried apples, milk, coffee, tea, juice and hot chocolate. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children.
A free childrens Easter egg hunt will be held at 11 a.m. Age groups will be children under 4 years; 4-8 years and 9-12 years. There will be prizes, baskets and fun.
The Easter celebration is sponsored by the Washington Volunteer Fire Department.
Car Wash, Bake Sale
The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department will be having a car wash and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 2. Cost is $5 per vehicle. For more information call Connie Harris at 675-3389.
Walk-in Clinics Planned
March walk-in clinics will be held at the Rapphannock County Health Department from 8:30-11 a.m. on Monday, March 21 and from 9-11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29.
Sprihg Mountain Auction
Don’t miss the extraordinary auction at Spring Mountain School in Washington from 7-11 p.m. this Saturday, March 19. Rush River Gallery has donated perhaps one-half of its stock, including large pieces of antique furniture, kitchenware, service pieces, children’s toys, and everything but the kitchen sink. We also have many, many other beautiful donations, including a like-new food processor, industrial juicer and artwork from several local professional artists. All sorts of services will be auctioned, including landscape architecture, tree work, and a number of massage/Reiki/Shiatsu treatments. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Come before and after the John Jackson concert. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Auction preview is from 10-2 p.m. on Saturday.
