Pageant Planned The Miss Rappahannock pageant sponsored by Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 9 at the Rappahannock High School. Rehearsal will be held at the school at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday,1 April 7. i The contest will include girls ages 2-19 and boys from 2-6 years old. There will also be a mother-daughter pageant. Banquet Planned The Rappahannock Citizen League will sponsor a banquet at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 26 at Rappahannock Elementary School. The speaker will be Dr. Hortense B. Hinton from Culpeper. R.L.E.P. Board Meeting The March Board meeting of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection (R.L.E.P.) will take place on Monday, March 21 at the county library, not at the law office of Frank Reynolds, as previously noted.
