there were no personal injuries, Judge Foley found Mrs. Doyle guilty of failure to stay to the right of the roadway and fined her $25 and costs. He also found her guilty of hit-and-run and fined her $200, but suspended $ 150 of that because she had already made full restitution and had cooperated with Trooper Sumner.
