Schools Do
Good Job
To the Editor:
I am replying to the article in the paper Jan. 26 “The Right School.”
1 have three children who started school at Rappahannock County Elementary at 4 and a half years old. My children needed special attention in kindergarten through third grades. The teachers put them in smaller classes and gave each one more attention.
I now have two daughters in Rappahannock County High School. One is in 10th grade and one is in 12th. The senior has a 3.5 grade point average and is a member of the National Honor Society. She has been on the honor roll for six years straight. My daughter in 10th grade gets As and Bs.
1 had Mr. Wingfield add Mr. Toth for my teachers in the 70s when 1 went to Rappahannock County High School. Tam glad they are still there. They go beyond their jobs to help students. We need more teachers like them.
