"Victims have expressed the thought that defendants are always talking about their constitutional rights, arid victims don’t have any constitutional rights to point to,” Del. Allmand said, adding that this law would validate victims.
Likewise, Mr. Rosenbluth wants victims informed of their rights at the same time as suspects, saying the crime victims bill would make this mandatory .
