Eduacation Support Croup Meets

The First Thursday Education Support Group will hold its bi-monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Dec. 7 at the Rappahannock County Extention Office. All are welcome to attend. The agenda includes discussion of framing a charitable fund to support education, an update on the volunteer coordinator’s activities and the curriculum enrichment programs. Singles To Host Christmas Party

The Culpeper Area Christian Singles will have an annual Christmas party on Saturday, Dec. 9. It will be held at the Culpeper Assembly of God Family Life Center at 7:30 p.m. All Christian singles looking for some holiday fun and fellowship are invited. CCLC Raffle

The Child Care and Learning Center is raffling otT Dinner for Two at the Inn and matching twin-size and crib-size quilts. Tickets are $2 each, and are available at CCLC Monday thru Friday the CCLC Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Dec. 9. The drawing will be held at 2 p.m. on Dec. 9. “Please support CCLC by purchasing tickets,” said a spokesperson.

Dance at Amissville

The Amissville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company will sponsor a dance from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2. The band will be Laredo. For more information call Shelia Scott at 937-4357.

YOGA Group Meets

Master Gardener Class Planned

Registration for the 1995-96 Culpeper, Madison, Rappahannock Master Gardener Class is currently open. Classes will begin Nov. 29 in Madison and will conclude March 6 in Culpeper. The classes will be held on Wednesday in the local extension offices from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.The cost of the Master Gardener Class is $75. Ballet Classes Available

Creative movement/ Ballet classes for children pre-k-5 are being offered at the Washington Community Center on Thursday afternoons. Cost is $30 for six classes. For more information call 987-3350.
