The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee hereby announces that it will hold a caucus on December 9, 1995 at 12:00 Noon, at the Rappahannock County Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, for the purpose of electing members of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee for the 1996-1997 biennium. All members of the Democratic party are welcome. The caucus will be followed immediately by a reorganization meeting.
Any person wishing to file as a member of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee for the 1996-1997 biennium may do so by filing with the County Clerk’s office or with the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee chair, J. Kent Reeve, (540)987-8944, the vice- . I chair, Franklin Schmidt, (540) 987-8410, or the secretary, Margie White (540) 987-8101, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 1995. A completed filing form must be accompanied by a filing fee of $10.00. In case of hardship, the filing fee may be waived in part or in whole by the county chair. Filing forms may be obtained at the County Clerk’s office, or from J. Kent Reeve, Franklin Schmidt, or Margie White.
