Francis Payne
Francis Scott Payne, 59, of New Baltimore, died on Monday, Nov. 20 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
He was a lifelong resident of Fauquier County.
Mr. Payne was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a professional house painter.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine b. Payne of New Baltimore; his mother, Mollie V. Payne of Culpeper; two sons, Francis Warren Payne of Warrenton, Rodger Fric Payne of Spotsylvania; three daughters, Sandra Vee Dodson of Bealeton. Coral Vicki Marvin of Washington and Jackie Payne of Texas:
Also surviving are two step-sons, Richard Lee Bray of Nokesville and Mervin Allen Bray of Crozet; one step-daughter, Denise Marie Mayer of Gainesville: one sister, Joyce Viki Moore of Gainesville; one greatgrandchild; 10 grandchildren and eight step-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Friday, Nov. 24, at Moser Funeral Home Chapel in Warrenton.
Interment was in Warrenton Cemetery.
