The RCES PTO would especially like to thank Bryant Lee at Lee’s Orchards and Clifford Miller. Ill at Mt. Vernon Cidery for their donations of cider, and all the bakers who contributed delicious desserts for the event. The beautiful, mouth-watering pies sold at auction by Bill Paynt|, who contributed his time, aided twb of these area non profits. ;
This was truly a community event. Thanks to all the groups and individuals who helped bring it all together. t

I appreciate the support from voters in the Stonewall-Hawthorn distriat in the recent election for school board. Our schools have some problems, but there is a concerted effort (o learn how to best serve the needs <}f all members of the community : students, parents, teachers, citizens and taxpayers. This effort will hopefulk benefit all of us. •

finances. Together we can find solutions which are in the best interest of each of us.
I am committed to making the schools a source of unity and pride for all Rappahannock citizens. I urge you to do the same and, if possible, to gfet involved as a volunteer in the life $f the schools. Your talents are sure jo be appreciated. *
