Virginia Cooperative Extension in Planning District 9, in cooperation with the Virginia Department of Health, is sponsoring two 16-hour certification courses on Applied Food Service Sanitation for food service personnel.
One will be held on Tuesdays, 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 9, 16, 23, 30, and Feb. 6, 1996 at the Fauquier County Schools Food Service Office in Midland.
The second class will be held at the Culpeper Extension Office on Wednesdays, 2 to 5 p.m. on Jan. 10, 17, 24, 31, and Feb. 7, 1996.
The cost of the five-week course is $92. Registration is due Dec. 29, 1995. For information, 675-3619.
