Edith Lichliter
Edith Virginia Lichliter, 68, of Strasburg, died Sunday, Dec. 17 at her home.
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, Dec. 21 at 2 p.m. in Gravel Springs Cemetery at Star Tannery by the Rev. Jerry Young.
Mrs. Lichliter was bom Aug. 20, 1927, in Sperryville, daughter of the late Lyle J. and Hazel Mildred Clatterbuck.
She had worked at Old Virginia Packing Company, the former Strasburg Middle School and Northern Virginia Vending at Lord Fairfax Community College.
She was a member of Rivermont Baptist Church in Front Royal and a former member of the Strasburg Homemakers Club.
She was the wife of the late Bedford “Jake” Robinson.
Surviving are her husband, Gene Allen Lichliter; two sons, Jerry A. Robinson and Jackie F. Lichliter, both of Strasburg; two brothers, Lyle E. Clatterbuck of Ransom, W.Va., and Giles A. Clatterbuck of Strasburg.
Also surviving are two sisters, Annie Taylor and Dot Young, both of
