Main Street, Culpeper, VA 22701, telephone number 540-825-3100. The Request for Proposal must be returned by 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 18, 1996. The Board reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or reject proposals at any time prior to an award, towaive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the Board.
