PUBLIC HEARING: MOTOR VEHICLE LAWS AMENDMENT AND RE-ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 2, 1996, to consider the re-adoption of §162-1 and §162-2 of the Rappahannock County Code so as to incorporate amendments to state law and to amend §162-3 of the Rappahannock County Code by designating streets and parking lots on public school property as "highways" for law enforcement purposes. A complete copy of the text of these proposed amendments is available for public inspection from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday in the County Administration office in Washington, VA.
