At their February meeting the 4-H Cooking and Crafts Club had a lesson on Cake Decorating taught by Pat Jenkins, Cafeteria Manager, Rappahannock County Elementary School. Mrs. Jenkins is also a local caterer and does lots of wedding cakes.
