“As a result of TV, the language of our children has changed and there has been a deterioration in their respect for each other, not to mention for teachers and adults,” she says.
She stresses, however, that she likes XV and watches it. “I’m not one of those types who says, ‘Get rid of it.’ It’s a wonderful medium. I believe we just must be more aware of what it’s doing to us.”
