Ragged Mountain activities
The following activities are scheduled at Ragged Mountain Resource Center:
Saturday, April 4: Hike/run with Ragged Mountain Resource Center, Pine Hill Gap Trail/Hazel Mountain Trail/White Rocks Trail and Saddle Ridge Trail, meet at Mountainside Market between 8:30 and 9 a.m. Call 9873366 for information, (not for novice hikers or runners).
Saturday, April 11: Second Saturday Hiking Series to White Oak Canyon Trails and Falls, meet at Mountainside Market between 8:30 and 9 a.m., return mid-aflemoon. Shenandoah National Park pass or $5 fee required.

Healing Arts activities
Rappahannock Healing Arts will sponsor the following activities: Yoga at 9:30 on Thursday, March 26 and 5 p.m. on March 30.
Herbal Medicine Series on Tuesday, March 31 from 7 to 9 p.m. Pre-registration is required. The series will continue through May 26. Herbalist Kathleen Maier will teach the series. For information on these or other activities at Rappahannock Healing Arts call 987-7294.
Volunteer tax help available
Free tax assistance is available to people on low to mid incomes and those 60 and over to complete federal and state income tax forms. Trained volunteers will be at the Rappahannock Library on Mondays from 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call 675-3780 for an appt.
