ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The reason for this cause is the request that the name of a minor child be changed.
An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the Natural Father in the above-entitled cause is a nonresident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that due diligence has been used by the Petitioner herein to ascertain in what county or city the natural father, Robert John Monk, Jr. is, without effect, and that his consent to the name change of the minor child is unobtainable, it is ORDERED that Robert John Monk, Jr. appear before this Court on the 21st day of May, 1998, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. and indicate his attitude toward the proposed name change of the minor child or otherwise do what is necessary to protect his interests herein,.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and having general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
