KNOWN AS LOT #2 CONTAINING 16.00 ACRES. LOT #3 CONTAINING 3.37 ACRES, LOT #5 CONTAINING 5.15 ACRES. ALL OF WHICH ARE LOCATED ON OR NEAR ROUTE 645 IN JACKSON MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY. VIRGINIA, AND LOT #9 CONTAINING 7.5 ACRES, LOCATED OFF ROUTE 211, IN JACKSON MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA, WHOSE NAMES AND ADDHESSES ARE UNKNOWN AND ALL OF WHOM ARE MADE PARTIES DEFENDANT HERETO BY THE GENERAL DESCRIPTION AS PARTIES UNKNOWN

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to effect, a partition by sale or otherwise ofcertain tracts of land belonging to the heirs of Sanford Allen, John Allen, Rachel Allen, Fannie Allen Johnson, W.H Allen, and Jessie Allen, located in Jackson District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, which parcels are supposed to contain as follows:

Lot #2, 16.00 acres, Lot #3, 3.37 acres. Lot #5, 5.15 acres and Lot 9, 7.5 acres, being the same property acquired by the heirs of Sanford Allen by document recorded in Deed Book 29 at page 488 among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

A pleading having been filed stating that there may be persons having an interest in the subject property whose names are unknown to your Complainant, which pleading has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, and an affidavit having been filed stating that there are parties to be served who are non-resident individuals, and it further appearing that there may be persons having an interest in the subject property who are under a legal disability,

It is therefore ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that all PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in the aforesaid tracts of land belonging to the heirs of Sanford Allen, John Allen, Rachel Allen, Fannie Allen Johnson, W.H Allen, and Jessie Allen, are made parties defendant by general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, and

It is further ADJUDGED. ORDERED, and DECREED that the Respondent and PARTIES UNKNOWN and any other persons having an interest in the aforesaid property, do appear on May 1. 1998 and do what is necessary to protect their interest herein.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of the ORDER be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and that the Clerk post an attested copy of this ORDER at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file the same In the papers of this cause.
