PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County. Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday. July 23, 1996 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SU #98-06-01 Patrick J. and Susan O'Shea, contract purchasers of 549 Ben Venue road, Tax Map 21, Parcel 38C, located in Wakefield District, Flint Hill, VA 22627, desire a Special Use Permit to establish and operate a three (3) bedroom bed and breakfast in the existing residence. Property contains 13.103 acres and is zoned Agricultural. Use allowed under Section 170-36(E); Additional Standards in Section 17066(K) of the Rappahannock County Code.
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection. Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday. July 15, 1998 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P.O.
