The supervisors, while refusing to allow a supplement of $1,371 (as requested), did approve an additional allocation of $1,000 in the office’s part time money and said it is up to the treasurer to use it as she sees fit.
The board also approved a $12,500 allocation to Lord Fairfax Community College for the Middle Town campus, took $1,000 from the sheriffs office part time money (that was added in for last year only) and approved a $1,000 increase for the CSWCD.
With the total non-school spending at a little over 3.6 million and the school spending at 7.2 million that left only the specific items which must be listed separately: $600 for the law library fund; $98,658 for the library fund; $105,000 for the emergency communications fund; $91,477 for the school cafeteria fund (which comes back in federal money);
