The Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals met briefly last week to consider an application for a special use permit by Carl W. Letsen Jr. and Sally Letsen of Castleton.

The Letsens were seeking permission to install a mobile home for use as a family apartment on their property near Laurel Mills off Route 619. The application was recommended for approval by the Rappahannock Planning Commission on June 17.
