The proposed amendments are to §170-62 G. (1) 1. Add a new sentence, after the fourth sentence, to read: A building so proposed for use as a family apartment shall not constitute a single family dwelling unit, and shall in no case be a mobile home as defined in §170-8. 2. Change “two hundred (200)’’ in the next sentence to read “fifty (50)”. The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider these amendments at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 1998 at the Courthouse in Washington, VA. All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment on any or all of these amendments, or to mail their comments to John W. McCarthy, County Administrator, PO.
