The proposed amendments are to §170-62 G. (1) 1. Add a new sentence, after the fourth sentence, to read: A building so proposed for use as a family apartment shall not constitute a single family dwelling unit, and shall in no case be a mobile home as defined in §170-8. 2. Change “two hundred (200)’’ in the next sentence to read “fifty (50)”. The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider these amendments at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 1998 at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
