Walk-ins; Nov. 9: Nutritional Counseling with Kathy Edward from 1 to 4 p.m. and Yoga at 5 p.m.; Nov. 10: Solution Focused Counseling with Carol Lucking from 3 to 8 p.m.; Herbal Medicine Series with Katnleen Maier from 7 to 9 p.m. Pre-register.; Nov. 11: Herb Clinic from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Ladies of the Elks will hold their 10th annual fall craft show on Nov. 7 at the Elks Lodge on Guard Hill Road in Front Royal from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. To reserve a table call 540-465-5020.
