On Friday, Oct. 23, 12 ■members of the Rappahannock High School Student Council Association participated in National Make A Difference t)ay. The teens, mainly juniors and seniors, visited the Rappahannock Senior Center for a day of work and fun.
They painted, planted flowers, trimmed shrubs and trees, washed windows, did some inside repairs and prepared lunch for the seniors. They also did a papier mache project and played Bingo in the afternoon with them.
Darcy Canton, site coordinator for the RSC, said that she had expected a positive response from the SCA. “I was expecting to see good things and I did.”

Interact Theatre Company 'returns to kittle Washington the weekend of Nov. 7 and 8 ■after far too long an absence, interacts artistic director and founder Catherine Fly, accompanied by Dori Legg and pianist Alex Hassan, will perform at The Theatre at Washington, Va.
