SCA president Chris Sause, who looked into the possibility of doing the project after receiving information about Make A Difference Day, and organized the project, also hopes the event will become an annual one.
“Our SCA sponsor Jeanne Grimes gave us the information on Make A Difference Day. It sounded like a really good idea and an opportunity to help people. So we decided to do it.”
“When we looked at the different types of projects we could do for Make A Difference Day we decided we really wanted to make a difference and felt working at the RSC was a good way to do that,” he said.
This year marks the eighth one for MAD and the first year RCHS has been involved in it.
