A citizens advisory committee was formed many r months ago which included two supervisors. They stud- '• ied this issue very carefully and concluded that there was no question that the expansion was necessary. Everyone involved in the process looked at every option and possibility. Knowing that it was the right thing to do, our super- v visors acted boldly and , % thoughtfully to approve a bond issue to fund the expansion. They should be , t commended. '!
