The object of the Petition to Intervene filed in this cause is to quiet title and/or partition the hereinafter described property lying and beipg in Stonewall

Magisterial District, Rappahannock dounty, Virginia, ana more particularly described as follows:

A 5 acre portion of Tract 1, containing 25.0000 acres described in that certain deed dated September 5, 1979 from Homer E. Henry and Carol A. Henry, husband and wife, to John David O'Connell and Adele Ramona O'Connell, recorded on September 19, 1979 as Instrument No.

1745, among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the Petitioners, John David O'Connell and Adele Ramona O'Connell used due diligence to ascertain the County or Corporation in which the hereinafter named Defendants are, to-wit: LORETTA ANN GRlMSLEY, JOHN JOHNSTON, MARY V. JOHNSTON a/k/a MOLLIE V. BURKE. HOWARD GRlMSLEY WINCE, JEFFREY D. NELSON, CHARLES W. SCHMIDT, KEVIN D. SCHMIDT, KATHY GENE NEWMAN TRUJILLO, JUDY LEE WINCE GILLOOLY, ROBERT GEORGE KYLE. WILLIAM T. GRlMSLEY, and MARY GRlMSLEY WOOD, without effect, and that their last known postoffice addresses are unknown, and/or that the said Defendants may be nonresidents of the State of Virginia: and/or that the number of Defendants upon whom process has been served exceeds ten (10), and that such Defendants represent like interests with the parties not served with process; and that there are such other persons who may claim an interest in the aforesaid property and/or who may be an heir, devisee or successor in title to MARGARET GRlMSLEY, deceased; JOHN N. GRlMSLEY, deceased, JOHN N. GRlMSLEY, JR; JANE DAHLIA GRlMSLEY, deceased; SUSAN MARGARET GRlMSLEY. deceased; W SHELTON GRlMSLEY. deceased; MARE E. GRlMSLEY. deceased; JULIA GRlMSLEY JOHNSON (JOHNSTON), deceased, OR WHO MAY OTHER WISE BE INTERESTED IN THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE Petition to Intervene, whose names are unknown, whose addresses are unknown and who are proceed against by the general description of Parties Unknown.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that the said Defendants, and the Defendants described as Parties Unknown do appear here within ten days after the due publication ol this Order and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in this Petition to Intervene to remove a cloud on title and /or partition.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation printed in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
