The Page County Ramblers will be playing Bluegrass music every Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. at Cooter’s, just west of Sperryville. All community residents are encouraged to attend.

The Sperryville United Methodist Church will have worship service at 11:15 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 1. Rev. Merlin Shorb, pastor invites the public to attend.

Isabelle Eastham of Flint Hill and Tiffany Wayland enjoyed swimming at the 4-H Pool near Front Royal on Friday afternoon. This Friday Isabelle will be celebrating her birthday.

Revival services will be held at Beech Spring Regular Baptist Church Aug. 2-7 with Dr. Wayne Thompson of Rochelle.

Homecoming services will be held at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Aug. 8. Dr. Thompson will also be preaching for both services. Dinner will be served at 12. All are invited.

A summer sculpture workshop taught by Charles Flickinger will be held at Oldway Art Center, behind Glassworks Gallery Aug. 13-15 from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. For more information call 987-8718.

Mrs. Bonnie Sue Baldwin was a Monday evening guest of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard L. Jenkins. Sunday visitors were Larry Jenkins and Lori Darnell of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Andy Baldwin.

David Baldwin was a Friday overnight guest of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jenkins.

Mrs. Mae Dodson of Orange was a Thursday guest of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Jenkins.

Ashleigh Baldwin and Angie Baldwin celebrated their birthdays on July 19. Mr. and Mrs. Danny Baldwin hosted a party for them on Sunday, July 18.
