The object of this suit is to establish ownership of certain real property containing 12.337 acres, more or less, located in the Stonewall-Hawthorne Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and more particularly described by deed dated April 26, 1912, and recorded in Deed book 2, at Page 288, among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, wherein the aforesaid property was conveyed to Mary E. Grimsley.

An affidavit having been filed by the Complainants, Diane Woodward Burke, William Ashby Woodward and Irma Mae Grimsley Street, that diligence has been used by the Complainant to ascertain in what county or city the hereinafter named Respondents reside without effect, to-wit: HOWARD GRIMSLEY WINCE, CHARLES W. SCHMIDT, KEVIN D.SCHMIDT, ROBERT GEORGE KYLE, WILLIAM T. LEMAIRE, DAVID MANUEL, EMMA GRIMSLEY MARSHALL, DORIS GRIMSLEY DUNCAN, JOY P. DYER, HAZEL PUTNAM COOK, MABEL GRIMSLEY, CARL BURGESS, BARBARA GRIMSLEY MILES, WILLIAM GARRISON GRIMSLEY. JR.. MARVIN “TIPPY" GRIMSLEY. JAMES CLIFFORD GRIMSLEY, AND ELEANOR GRIMSLEY RECTOR, and that their last known post office addresses are unknown, and/or that the said Respondents may be nonresidents of the State of Virginia; and/or that the number of Respondents upon whom process has been served exceeds ten (10), and that such Respondents represent like interests with the parties not served with process; and that there are such other persons who may clain an interest in the aforesaid property and/or who may be heirs, devisees or successors in title to JOHN N. GRIMSLEY, deceased, MARGARET GRIMSLEY, deceased, W. SHELTON GRIMSLEY, deceased, MARY E. GRIMSLEY, deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties respondents by the general description of PARTIES

UNKNOWN; the Court hereby grants and enters this Order of Publication this 7th day of July, 1999.

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, it is Ordered that the Respondent appear no later than the 17th day of September, 1999, at 4:00 p.m., which date and time satisfy the statutory time requirements set forth in § 8.01-317 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, and do what is necessary to protect their interests in this suit.

IT FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, and published in that County.
