Integration Services Manager Candidate must have software development project management experience and a passion for the Internet. The Manager of Integration Services will be responsible for the relationship with our Software partners. You will create the schedules, the project plans, the timelines for our partners as they integrate Conducent's technology, and coordinate the needed technical support resources within Conducent. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and oral as well as strong organization skills. We’re seeking team players with a minimum of 3 years expenence in a business environment who have a commitment to followthrough. Position requires a solid general knowledge of software development languages and how software is coded. Some experience in downloading, installing, and/or trouble-shooting Internet related software, as well as basic knowledge of software to Internet interactions, is a big plus. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Distribution Services Manager Candidate must have significant project management experience. As the Manager of Distribution Services you will proactively work with the portal partners of Conducent. You will nurture the relationships with the distribution partners and create the schedules, the project plans, and the timelines as they integrate Conducent's content. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and oral as well as strong organization skills. We’re seeking team players with a minimum of 5 years experience in a business environment. Some experience in downloading, installing. and/or troubleshooting Internet related software, as well as basic knowledge of software to Internet interactions, is a big plus. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Manager of Business Development The Manager of Business Development will play an essential role in working with companies in the ISP and PC strategic vertical markets. You will initiate discussions, negotiate terms and language to govern relationships, and manage business relationships. Our ideaf candidate has a BA/BS (MBA preferred) with 3+ years experience in strategy or business development for a large software, ISP, or PC organization. Understanding of the Internet and of the media and business models that have shaped them is required. Must have good prioritization skills and demonstrated quantitative acumen. High degree of comfort working with senior executives, both internally and externally is necessary. Must be able to work well in a dynamic and high growth environment and like to travel.
