provide more tools for local authorities to manage growth; • allow Adequate Public Facilities Ordinances to control the location and timing of development; • reduce taxpayer costs resulting from growth by assessing impact fees; • return more of our state dollars to the localities; • allow Supervisors sources of revenue in addition to the real estate tax. Constituents’ needs are more important than developers’ “needs.” My votes will affirm this.
