a blue ribbon in the novice division. In class II, Framed, Celine Siira received the blue ribbon in the advanced division, and Janet Eastham received the blue ribbon in the novice division. '
In the Horticulture Exhibits there were three classes: Anemones, Chrysanthemums, and Rosa. Carolyn Emerick received a blue ribbon for the Anemone class. In the Chrysanthemum class Betty Wood, Karen Graves, and Celine Siira received blue ribbons. In the Rosa class, Joanne Tepper and Virginia Scott received blue ribbons.
President Lucia Kilby presided over the business meeting that followed the program. Members were asked to mark their calendars for the Christmas Greens Workshop on Dec. 6-8.
Mary Priest announced that the November meeting theme would be Plant Combinations with guest speaker Karen Rexrode from Windy Hill Plant Farm.
