Little Devil Stairs, Old Rag and White Oak Canyon, both near Rappahannock County. The fee can be a five dollar donation to Shenandoah National Park, or you may purchase a park pass for $20. The pass is good for one year from date of purchase, and allows access to any part of Shenandoah National Park requiring a fee - including Skyline Drive.
