opportunity to vote for a State Senator and Delegate, plus numerous others, mainly local officials. Every registered citizen should vote!
Rappahannock County has been fortunate the past few years to have Jay Katzen as our Delegate in Richmond:
• Jay’s philosophy is completely in line with that of our nation’s, state’s and county’s founders: “That government governs best which governs least.” Most today agree with that.
