Mr. Updike received a diamond studded 4-H Clover for his 20 years of volunteer service to the 4-H program. The Rappahannock County 4-H program could not be as successful as it is if it weren't for these wonderful volunteer leaders who touch the youth of our county in an educational and caring way every month of the year.
