RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PURSUANT to Sections 170-108.19, -133, and - 135 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code ot Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 27, 2000 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Rappahannock County High School auditorium located on Route 211 approximately 2 miles west of Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following appeal:

Appeal by Sprint PCS as to certain provisions
of Article XIIA (Telecommunications) of the
Zoning Chapter of the Rappahannock County
Code, and/or their interpretation, which are
referenced in letters from the Zoning Administrator
to Brian Buniva dated 28 September
2000, 29 September 2000 and October 18, 2000.
Rules adopted by the BZA provide that no appellant or other party in interest, and no attorney for an appellant or party in interest, shall initiate contact with a member of the BZA for the purpose of conducting a private discussion, in person or by telephone, concerning the merits of any appeal pending before the BZA. No member of the BZA shall participate in any such private discussion
A copy of the foregoing appeal is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. The above-named appellant, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P O. Box 519, Washington, Virginia 22747, in advance thereof
